Triphasic? Gotta research

Today my temp went up to 98.1... Possibility of triphasic??? Not sure.

Mrs. T: I met Mr. T after 9/11 at a charity event. We married in April 2003, have 3 dogs and now the only thing missing is a baby... We've been trying to get pregnant since August 2003.
