Gramps & Stones

I found out that my gramps is going in for surgery this afternoon to remove a kidney stone. Apparently he woke up yesterday morning at 3 am and told my grams he was hurting and needed to go to the hospital. My gramps is not a complainer so grams knew he was serious. This totally sucks b/c this weekend is when our family is having our christmas. The good news is that they told them is was out patient surgery so apparently if he does well in recovery and soon after he may get to go home tonight or early tomorrow. I sure hope he is there to share christmas with us. It just won't be the same without him. I love my gramps!
