That is one thing that I cannot understand about smokers....littering. Do they think magic cig. butt fairies come and pick them up and take them magically away? I feel like it's as bad as throwing any other trash on the ground.
Ugh. I hate that. My mother does that shit and it pisses me off. I mean, hello? It's not like cars are exactly cheap.
