Sister K Update

Sister K lost her plug this morning about 5:00 when she got up. They headed to the hospital as her contractions were pretty close together. She didn't take any birthing classes, nor does she know how to time them, so who knows how far apart. Anyway, she spent the day walking. She was bleeding some, too. We got there about 5:15 this evening and she's not progressing and her blood pressure is high so they are definitely keeping her. They gave her cervidil and she is bed ridden at least for a few hours. They gave her a 30% chance of having the baby today. Apparently tomorrow at some point after they check her they going to start her on pitocin. I told her it would be nice if she had her early afternoon b/c we had a game tomorrow evening that neither of us could miss or they'd have to forfeit. :) She thought that was funny. So that's where we stand right now. Looks like she'll be having it tomorrow sometime.
